The picture is the screenshot by "ovs-dpctl show". And there isn't a command named "ovs-vsctl show", so I use "ovs-dpctl show".
And it looks right.

Your configuration looks reasonable.  However, there should be no problem assigning an IP address to the bridge device, and it won't work properly if you assign addresses to interfaces that are members of the bridge.  What does "ovs-vsctl show" print out?
