I read it. However it seems like the two that could apply to me are either
the native vlan on the switch. But that's set to 1 so I don't think so. The
other option is the VLAN drivers. I looked into using the ovs-vlan-test and
ovs-test tools to see if vlan is working but it looks like they both
require two servers with ovs setup to communicate with each other.

Is there a way to test vlan with my kernel without having another ovs
server? I am also able to bring up eth1.60 with an IP and communicate. I'm
not sure if that is a valid test or not.

Here is my device and driver info. Maybe someone already knows if there is
a problem.
