Can you please resend this in plain text instead of a Word doc?

Without any kernel logs this is going to be very difficult to debug so
if it's reproducible you might want to try using kdump to capture
logs.

Also, 1.7.1 has at least one kernel bug fix so that's probably a good
first step.
