What is the master? Is there any other way I can use 2.0 OVS with ubuntu 13.10?

Or Is lUbuntu 12:04 be OK?

As the error message says, this version of OVS does not support the
3.11 kernel that is shipped with that version of Ubuntu. You will have
to use the version from master instead if you want to use this
configuration.
