What are your requirements for NetFlow version 9? 

If you are need visibility into non-IPv4 traffic (mac addresses, IPv6 addresses, FCoE, AoE etc) then you might want to look at OVS sFlow:

If you are interested in using flow data to drive OpenFlow functionality (detecting and load balancing large flows for example), the again you might want to take a look at OVS sFlow:
