[ovs-discuss] configuration of OVS using OF-Config

Thanks for the reply. How can we use ovs-vsctl remotely? I did not find remote configuration on its man page (don't mind I am new to OVS!). Can this utility be used from floodlight controller using some means like scripting?

I've heard others talk about writing a front-end that would convert of-config to OVSDB (OVS's config protocol), but I'm not aware of any working code.  The ovs-vsctl utility can configure queues (locally and remotely), and there's even an example in its man page:
