Handling ICMPv6 instead of ARP for example, not only for resolving IPs 
into MACs but also for DAD. *nod*

But its good to see that this "in-band" logic is completely done with 
OpenVSwitch rules, this makes it easier to duplicate this "have a local 
port" for other daemons.
