[ovs-discuss] Openvswitch configuration persistence

I'm just saying that if you mess with your hypervisor init scripts,
don't be surprised when things start breaking.  I was pointing out
areas where you might expect to see failures first.  Using the
existing tools the hypervisor provides is likely to be less disruptive.
