[ovs-discuss] To change OVS DPID

Hi

 

I am trying to change the DPID of a OVS but different DPID is reflecting at
the controller.

 

 

I have change the DPID of a OVS using  

 

ovs-vsctl set bridge br1 other-config:datapath-id=00:00:66:b1:6d:f7:a7:45

 

and started the Floodlight. But I am seeing different DPID in the controller
?    

 

Could you please tell me why the Floodlight is not reflecting new DPID ? Is
there is any other ways to do it ?

 

 

I am running OVS with the below version:

 

root at vm-5:~# ovs-appctl --version

ovs-appctl (Open vSwitch) 1.9.3

Compiled Feb  5 2014 11:01:17

root at vm-5:~#
