In case of RHEL, we install
rhel/etc_sysconfig_network-scripts_ifdown-ovs and
rhel/etc_sysconfig_network-scripts_ifup-ovs in the network scripts
directory. That results in the correct working of integration script
as defined in rhel/README.RHEL.

I do not know enough about SLES to know what needs to be done there.
