Yes, you can add a VF port to a bridge the same way as the PF.

Is there any other way to control SR-IOV NICs?
I am porting OVS for our NIC which has SR-IOV and switching capability.
>From the porting guide, I learnt that I have to write netdev_provider and
ofproto_provider/dpif_provider. I want to understand that is it possible
to integrate SR-IOV NICs with openvswitch.
