Marco

Great news that you have a reproducer - this has been blocking progress in resolving this issue as in our QA environment we've only seen this infrequently with no clear cause.

Any chance you could document your setup and specific test case that repros the problem in that bug report?

If this does turn out to be an optimiser issue we can tweak things and see what helps - a test case that anyone can use will accelerate this process
