[ovs-discuss] configure qos using patch ports

Removing floodlight-dev as I do not subscribe to that mailing list.
How are eth1 and eth2 on 2 different machines (based on the diagram)
connected via a patch port?
If "br0" and "br1" are on a single machine, and "eth1" and "eth2" are
OVS virtual ports, you cannot add QoS to them.
