You can see a list of the missing features for OpenFlow 1.4 and 1.5 in
OPENFLOW-1.1+.md in the source tree.  Only a few required features are
missing, but we don't have volunteers for most of them.  We'd be
grateful if you want to volunteer to implement any of them.
