[ovs-discuss] Issues with OpenVSwitch 2.3.2 and Intel 40GE nic (i40e driver)

Trying to troubleshoot a layer 2 issue with the latest intel i40e (Intel X710 / 40Gbit) 

Tested running kernel 3.10 and 4.1. 

Losing connectivity randomly and the arp table displays incomplete entries. 

I've found enabling vlan splinters helps but performance is only about 1.1Gbit enabled. 

Not really sure how to debug this further, have tried the latest intel website drivers to, issue is still persistent with OVS.
