The mystery is solved. In configure.
LIBS="$DPDK_LIB $extras $save_LIBS $DPDK_EXTRA_LIB"a
By some reason there was 'a' at the end of this line
After I removed 'a' everything started to work. Thank you!!

This doesn't make any sense, I can't find any references anywhere to "libfusea". OVS doesn't try to link against such a library, nor has Google heard of such a library. "libfuse", sure, but not "libfusea".
Dunno.
