[ovs-discuss] Adding/Modifying Queues in OpenFlow

Hey,

I'm pretty new at this. But I was trying to add queues to my openvswitch
using ovs-vsctl. But I was wondering, is there any way that the openflow
controller would be able to add those queues by itself and modify their
min-rates, max-rates as required for weighted processor sharing in queues?
