[ovs-discuss] Issue in added bridge in OVS-DPDK build

``ovs-vsctl add-br br5'' tells OVS to create a bridge that uses
a “system” dpif, i.e. a datapath created by the OVS linux kernel
module (not a userspace datapath, usable with DPDK devices).
The error in the log suggests that the OVS kernel module is not
