[ovs-discuss] Secured tunnels in OVS

OVS does support ipsec. There is code in debian/ovs-monitor-ipsec that
does ipsec using the Racoon daemon. We have had success with
Strongswan too, but there is no opensource code for that yet (there is
a plan, though).
