[ovs-discuss] release OVS 2.0.3? (was: Re: Crash in openvswitch 2.0.2)

Hi Justin.

It looks like commit 417d7a008b9f2 (lib/odp-util: Do not use mask if it
doesn't exist.) fixes a crash bug in OVS 2.0.2.  This commit is
currently on branch-2.0 but not part of an OVS release.  There are
several other commits beyond 2.0.2.  Should we release an OVS 2.0.3 from
branch-2.0?
