[ovs-discuss] Tag lost after network restart

I am a little short on time to do a thorough look at your logs. So I
will try to ask more pertinent questions.

Q: Did you create your vlan tagged ports using ovs-vsctl?

Because your ifcfg-* does not indicate that you are doing it via those scripts.

If the answer to the above question is yes, then it is expected that
you will loose your tags after a restart. The reason is that ifcfg-*
scripts cause the OVS bridge to get deleted and recreated. Since you
don't specify the tags in those scripts, you will loose them.

Read the following documentation if you would like to do everything
from ifcfg-* scripts.
