Guys i have a similar dilemma: I have 3 Guests inside a Host, of which 2 are simple vm's that just need to ping each other whereas the 3rd VM is a FreeBSD machine running OVS in userspace datapath. How do i connect these 3 VM's? I can't seem to force the use of the bridge OVS provides (The internal network always uses the classic linux bridge). Im using Virtualbox. Thanks

Generally speaking, OVS runs *in* the host, so I'm a bit unclear on what you're trying to achieve. Can you elaborate so that we can try to help you?
