[ovs-discuss] problem with enqueue action

OpenFlow 1.1 and later do not have an enqueue action, so it's a problem.
If it is important to you, then you could send a patch that adds an Open
vSwitch extension "enqueue" action to OpenFlow 1.1 and later.
