[ovs-discuss] problem with ovs queue and flow rate

Hi,
I have created a mininet topoloy and I have defined two queue. a queue for
tcp and another for udp. I added flow entries using ovs-vsctl command as
you see in attached picture. but the queue seems not working properly
according to captures I obtained and rate is not limited.
More informations about my scenario have been attached.
please give me your feedbacks
