[ovs-discuss] Ping failing when 2 switches are connected using a bond

Active-backup only transmits and accepts packets on a single interface
at a time.  If the two switches don't choose the same interface at a
given time, packets get blackholed.

> You can't use slb or active-backup like that.  They expect to be plugged into ports a dumb switch, not to another bond of the same type on the other side.  If you want to connect two bonds directly, use lacp.
