[ovs-discuss] Is there another way to limit host's bandwidth excep Linux traffic control(tc) and ethtool?

Hi.

I do a experiment that By using a ONOS and OVS,
Routing path is fixed, after that, Host send traffic along to that path.

In a experiment, there are many hosts. so Hosts need to limit their
bandwidth for sharing link.

Typically, Linux traffic control is used for controlling traffic.
but It is so complx, and It often require for me to touch linux kernel.

so, I want to find a way to control traffic, not to touch linux kernel.

If you know that, please introduce me.
