[ovs-discuss] Stuck when add-br or del-br

I apologized for dropping.
I runned `sudo ovs-vswitchd --pidfile --detach`

`ps -ef | grep ovs`.

Then `sudo ovs-vsctl add-br br0`, and it stuck.

Is there a ovs-vswitchd process? Does it show up in process listings?
