[ovs-discuss] DPDK multiqueue on branch-2.5

I'm seeing poor performance with multiqueue on branch-2.5 and lots of these:
ofproto_dpif_upcall(pmd21)|WARN|upcall_cb failure: ukey installation fails

>From google I found this patch and cherry picked it onto 2.5 and it fixes the problem:
5f2ccb1 dpif: Allow adding ukeys for same flow by different pmds.

Should this patch be backported to branch-2.5?
