[ovs-discuss] OVS 2.6.1 hanging with "waiting for <xxx> to quiesce"

We found out that our problem is most probably with L2 guests and issue
with kvm: https://www.spinics.net/lists/kvm/msg142390.html - so hanging OVS
threads is just a consequence.
