[ovs-discuss] how to understand ofctl request msg ?

Hi Guys,

Now I met an issue about neutron and openvswitch,  how to understand 
ofctl request msg like as following ?

  command=0  mean "add flow rule" , I want to know which bridge this 
request is sent to.
