[ovs-discuss] Hot-plugging a Physical Port with DPDK Failed

^ Got that error when I was trying to add that interface to ovs switch as
follows:

#ovs-vsctl add-port OVS_BR_LEAF_0 dpdkx -- set Interface dpdkx type=dpdk
options:dpdk-devargs=0000:04:00.0
