[ovs-discuss] [openvswitch 2.9.0] testsuite: 2419 failed

Hi,
I found that this test (ptap - recirculate after packet_type change)
fails (both on 2.9.0 and master), on Linux, if you have a tun device on
your system (in my case it was an OpenVPN VPN).

Simple way to replicate it:

# ip tuntap add mode tun tun0
# ip addr add dev tun0 10.8.0.10
%  make check TESTSUITEFLAGS="-d -v 2419" # or 2429 on current master

I tried to figure out by myself why this happens, but I failed.

I tested this on Fedora 27 (x86_64), RHEL 7.4 (x86_64) and Arch Linux
(x86_64).
