[ovs-discuss] machines can reach each other even with no openflow table entry

I have 2 hosts H1 and H3 which are connected to each-other via a third host
H3. I have openvswitch installed on H3, and the default entry from openflow
table 0 has been removed. The ports of H1 and H2 are connected to the
bridge in H3. Now, when I try to ping H2 from H1, it works, although it
should not, since I have no rules to forward packet. What could be the
reason?
