[ovs-discuss] Error: Problem Adding eth3 as port: (device or resource busy)

I have an OXSI hypervisor, and CentOS installed on it. I have tried to add
a port to my bridge on a server but I get the error in logs that says:
Problem Adding eth3 as port: (device or resource busy)

Is there a way to solve this? How can I release the busy port? Please help.
