[ovs-discuss] ovs-test installation

Hello,

I am interested in finding the UDP latency between an ovs switch and a
node. Which tools will help me measure that? I came across an ovs-test
application but when I run the command "ovs-test" I get an error saying
"ovs-test: command not found". Please advise me if I am missing anything
with openvswitch installation.
