[ovs-discuss] OVN+OVN'19: CFP deadline extended until Sept. 30

I've heard requests from a couple of people for deadline extensions for
proposing talks to the Open vSwitch and OVN conference.  The deadline
was originally today (Sept. 23).  The new deadline is one week later,
Sept. 30.  This is a hard deadline to give the program committee enough
time to discuss and announce acceptance by the originally announced date
of Oct. 7.
