[ovs-discuss] Create a udp dp_packet and send it

Hello,
Does anyone know what functions I need to build a simple dp_packet with a
custom payload and how to send it to the next outport from openvswitch? I
think a good starting point is the dp_packet_new(size t) function, what
else do i need in order to build the most trivial send-able packet with a
custom string payload?
