[ovs-discuss] Debian package version for OVS

Hi,

I see from https://packages.ubuntu.com/focal/openvswitch-common, OVS is
versioned as 2.13.0.  But, OVS download page has 2.12.0 as the version
number.  Are these version numbers to be considered tracking?
