[ovs-discuss] Connecting VMs Using Tunnels (Userspace)- How br-int connect to br-phy

Dear Team,
I'm newbie with OVS and i have question regarding to connect VMs using
Tunnel Userspcae.
When go through the document in below link:
https://docs.openvswitch.org/en/latest/howto/userspace-tunneling/
I can't understand why packet come to br-int can hit to br-phy.
It's know question but i did not find the best answer yet. Could you please
help to explain it to me ?
