vswitch.ovsidl: Various cleanups

ovsdb-idlc: Remove "sha" deprecation warning
		
The "sha" module was deprecated in Python 2.5 and calling ovsd-idlc prints
a warning in Python 2.6.  The module is not actually being used, so this
just removes the offending import.
